VIDEO CREATOR AGREEMENT
This Agreement is made between:
Divya Shakti Digital Media Team
(Hereinafter referred to as “Company”)
AND
The undersigned Video Creator / Editor
(Hereinafter referred to as “Creator”)
1. Scope of Work
Creator agrees to produce video content including but not limited to:
- Product videos
- Promotional videos
- YouTube long-form videos
- Shorts / Reels
- Advertisement creatives
As per project briefs shared by the Company.
2. Payment Terms
- Creator may earn up to ₹500 per approved video (rate may vary depending on project type and complexity).
- Payment is strictly performance-based.
- Payment will be processed within 3–7 working days after final approval.
- Videos rejected due to quality issues will not be eligible for payment.
- Company reserves the right to revise payment rates depending on project requirements.
3. Quality & Revisions
- Videos must strictly follow brand guidelines and instructions.
- Deadlines must be adhered to.
- Up to 2 minor revisions may be requested.
- Use of copyrighted, stolen, or unlicensed material is strictly prohibited.
- Poor quality submissions may be rejected without payment.
4. Ownership & Intellectual Property
- Upon full payment, all ownership and usage rights of the video transfer exclusively to the Company.
- The Company may edit, modify, repurpose, promote, or distribute the content across any platform.
- Creator shall not reuse, resell, or republish the same content commercially without written permission.
5. Confidentiality
Creator agrees not to disclose any confidential information including:
- Internal scripts
- Marketing strategies
- Product details
- Campaign plans
- Client data
Any breach of confidentiality may result in termination and possible legal action.
6. Independent Contractor Status
This collaboration is freelance/project-based and does not create an employer-employee relationship.
7. Termination
The Company reserves the right to terminate collaboration without notice in case of:
- Quality failure
- Missed deadlines
- Misconduct
- Confidentiality breach
8. Jurisdiction
All disputes shall be subject to Indian jurisdiction laws.
VIDEO SUBMISSION GUIDELINES
- Minimum 1080p resolution
- Clean audio and proper sound mixing
- Brand colors and logo placement (if required)
- No copyrighted music unless licensed
- Proper subtitle formatting
- Deadline compliance
File format: MP4
Aspect Ratio: 16:9 or 9:16 (as per project requirement)

Payments are subject to quality approval and adherence to brand guidelines.
Divya Shakti Digital Media Team reserves the right to accept or reject submissions based on internal standards.
